Travis L. Bailey, MD is a native of Elkhorn, Nebraska. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Bailey completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah, where he received comprehensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. He subsequently pursued advanced fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery at Emory University, one of the nation’s most respected and highly regarded spine fellowship programs. During his fellowship, he received specialized training in the surgical and nonsurgical management of complex spinal disorders, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine pathology, spinal deformity, revision spine surgery, and advanced minimally invasive techniques.
Following his fellowship, Dr. Bailey returned to Omaha and joined Nebraska Spine + Pain Center, where he is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered spine care. His practice focuses on the treatment of degenerative spinal conditions, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, spinal deformity, and other disorders affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. As a Nebraska native, Dr. Bailey takes great pride in serving the community in which he was raised and helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy through individualized treatment plans and advanced surgical techniques.
